Most of us have had a need for weight loss at some point in our lives.

Millions of people have a weight problem. Obesity has become one of the leading killers. Why? With fast food on practically ever corner and a life style that demands every minute of the day. It is little wonder.
We pull into a fast food restaurants on our way to work in the morning. We work ourselves hard all day and by the time we get home at night. We are too tired to make a healthy dinner and call for pizza delivery!
We spend billions of dollars every year on weight loss diets and gimmicks to lose weight. And yet, only a very small percentage of us will lose those extra pounds and keep it off for more than one year.
Why is it that so many people try to lose weight and fail only to end up gaining the weight back plus a few pounds extra?
Most people begin low calorie weight loss diets, and do great for the first couple of weeks but then they stop dieting and begin eating again with the same bad eating habits that caused their obesity in the first place.
Or, they take up jogging for a couple of weeks and expect to drop thirty pounds. Not realizing that, just like it took months or maybe even years to build up that extra thirty pounds, it will also take months or maybe even years to lose the extra thirty pounds.
